Shipping policy

All orders are freshly baked to order and dispatched within 48 hours. The cut off time for Friday dispatch is midday on a Thursday - any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following Monday. The exception to this is if your item is a preorder or presale item. If this is the case, it will be shipped on the date specified in the item description. 

Your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you'll receive your parcel number via email.

Please note, once your item has been dispatched, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive, and we cannot guarantee that delivery will arrive in the specified timeframe. Our products are made to last a minimum of 10 days for ultimate freshness.

Once your order has arrived, please place your items in the fridge to firm up for a minimum of 3 hours especially in warmer weather conditions, we will only be able to provide store credit for refunds requested due to products impacted by the heat. 

Due to the nature of our food products we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind about a product. If you receive an order that you believe to be faulty, please contact us on info@sugarshackbakery.co.uk with your order details and we will assist you.
